iPhone / iPod Touch 2.0.1 Update

It didn't take but a couple of weeks and a new update is here for the iPhone and the iPod Touch. It is supposedly contains bug fixes although I didn't read in depth about what bugs it is addressing. Needless to say, my new 3G iPhone has been rather sluggish when it comes to performance and the battery life has been terrible. While I'm SOL with the battery life, hopefully this fix will address some of the other performance issues.

I'll report back to let you know if things have improved. BTW, it's been around 10 minutes and the update is still taking place.

UPDATE: It looks like things are quite a bit snappier. I've been using it for about an hour and things seem quite a bit better. However, there is one issue. Twitterrific no longer worksNone of my downloaded apps work now. When trying to start it them up, it shows the splash screen and then just goes back to home screen. I'm going to uninstall it and reinstall it to see if that fixes the issue.
